Technical machine assessment before your next investment.

Machine Energy MRI

Operating profile

We capture all performance data to reveal the real difference between productive hours, idle time and standstill.

Load and idle pattern

By closely monitoring power peaks, we make the actual energy demand and peak loads of your machines transparent.

Waste map

Locating thermal emissions and mechanical losses shows where energy and lifetime are being wasted.

Grid capabilities

In-depth insight into the power supply at your site clarifies what is realistically possible in terms of electrification and buffering.

Our findings

01

Status check

A critical view of the technical condition of your machine and its current control and safety systems.

02

Usage profile

A detailed view of the productive hours of your machine, including idle time, standstill and peak loads.

03

System design

Several options for a modern energy infrastructure around your machine, including control and safety.

04

Scenario analysis

A comparison between keeping, optimising or fully replacing the machine, based on measured data.

05

Evidence report

A clear collection of all measured variables, visualised in a way that supports board-level decisions.

06

A concrete technical roadmap for your equipment, with clear next steps and priorities.

SSEB Innovation β€” Green Heavy Lifting

Within Green Heavy Lifting, we are developing a modular approach to electrifying existing lifting machines. The Grove GMK3055 is the intended pilot machine in the SSEB Innovation programme. We combine modular battery storage, demand-controlled electric drives, hydraulics and integrated energy control. Peak power, charging and energy recovery when lowering loads are being investigated and tested. Status: in development. Performance, regeneration and operating time are established through configuration-specific testing.
